The author did a great job at describing the multiple learning areas addressed in kindergarten that were portrayed in this book. I felt like I was part of Miss B's class after reading it because I knew so much about her students. The letters also described the personality of each student in the class. Each letter of the alphabet was written in bold and color. I also like the way the alphabet was also being taught when reading this book. The amount of detail it took to draw the diversity of animals was incredible to see. The creativity and art work really stood out to me in this book. She worked so hard for her students to enjoy and grasp the concept of 100. By the end of the book, not a single space of the classroom was uncovered with something that said 100 on it. In the beginning of the book her class was missing decorations and activities for the 100th day of school. Reading about Miss B, truly showed me the hard work that teachers put in. The class celebrates the 100th day of school will creative games, activities, and style. She decorates her class and assigns everyone to bring in 100 of their favorite items. As Miss B gets ready to celebrate the one-hundredth day of school with her kindergarten class, she is filled with excitement and joy.
